Bells aren’t just for the holidays!

Bells aren’t just for the holidays!

We have this awesome gold bell hanging in our office, but it can only be rung on special occasions.

The criteria for ringing the bell is having a candidate sign an offer letter accepting a new position. And while it may not seem too exciting to you, it’s very exciting on our end. We all spill out of our offices to congratulate the recruiter on a job well done and we go back to work with a smile on our faces.

Do you know why? Because this is more than a job to us. We’re helping our candidates transition into a new career path or new position and we have been a part of it from the very beginning, in most places being the one to even introduce the candidate to the position.

So while you may be excited to get a job offer, the excitement you hear from your recruiter as well is not something of your imagination.

We’re just as excited to guide you down this path. We’ve been here with our best intentions the whole way helping you put your best foot forward.

It’s more than just working with a recruiter, we consider ourselves to be career counselors, and we really do have your best interests in mind when we’re tackling the interview and hiring process.

So embark on this journey with us. Follow our guidance and advice and in the end, you get a job and we get to ring the bell! It’s a win-win situation for both of us!
